Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Manager
- Manage daily operations of AYBL’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
- Develop innovative content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to create compelling multimedia content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- 2-3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored for different social platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
