Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage tailored social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create compelling, on-brand content to engage followers and spark conversation

Monitor, respond, and engage with audiences to build strong brand loyalty

Work alongside the public relations team to ensure consistent cross-channel messaging

Analyse performance data and adjust strategy to improve reach, engagement, and ROI

Track trends and emerging platforms to maintain innovative social presence

Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to maximise impact

Foster a positive community through timely responses to comments and DMs
Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role

Strong grasp of public relations and brand communication principles

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

Comfortable with data analysis and reporting using analytics platforms

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand voice consistency

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
