Pioneer Youth is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to help shape our online presence and strengthen connections with our community. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building engaging digital content, growing our reach, and ensuring our social media reflects the values and mission of Pioneer Youth.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Write compelling copy and design visuals (or collaborate with design teams/tools) for campaigns and announcements.

Monitor comments, messages, and community activity, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement.

Track performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.

Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Collaborate with team members to align content with program goals and organizational messaging.

Maintain a content calendar for consistent and strategic posting.

Ensure all communications reflect Pioneer Youth’s voice, values, and brand guidelines.
