About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across platforms. In this role, you’ll plan, create, and execute content strategies that grow our community, increase engagement, and drive sales. You will manage daily posting, collaborate with design and marketing teams, and ensure our social channels remain aligned with our brand voice and style.
What You’ll Do

Develop and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Write captions, schedule posts, and oversee daily publishing.

Collaborate with designers and creators to produce high-quality visuals and videos.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize growth and reach.

Research trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep content fresh.

Partner with marketing to align social campaigns with product launches, drops, and promotions.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (fitness, lifestyle, or e-commerce a plus).

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Excellent writing skills with a creative, engaging voice.

Ability to track analytics and adjust strategies based on data.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
