As a Social Media Manager, you’ll lead strategy, campaigns, and content across multiple platforms to support retail, mission-driven, and community initiatives. Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Manager

Plan and activate engaging social media campaigns that align with GCNA’s mission.

Create branded content including graphics, photography, and videography.

Manage paid social media opportunities in partnership with Marketing leadership.

Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize results.

Build partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Lead a team, provide coaching, and oversee performance management.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Stay current with social media trends and tools to drive innovation.
Social Media Manager Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

5–8 years of experience managing multiple social accounts for a large-scale employer.

Strong skills in digital design, content creation, photography, and videography.

Proficiency in social media analytics and insights tracking.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Must pass background check and drug screening.
