Role and Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening Medallia’s digital presence. You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, craft compelling content, and ensure consistent, authentic engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Build and execute corporate social media strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead multi-platform campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and more.

Manage and optimize content performance with social tools like Sprout Social.

Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Manage executive social presence and thought leadership initiatives.

Social Media Manager Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of professional experience in social media management.

Proven record of building strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Experience with multi-channel platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $102,400 – $176,000 (varies by experience, location, and role).
