The Role: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee the digital presence of our Loan Officers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
This role combines brand development, content creation, and social media strategy with opportunities to support training initiatives and company-wide branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Profile Management: Oversee and optimize daily operations of Loan Officer profiles across social channels.

Brand Development: Create and implement personal branding strategies to boost visibility and engagement.

Content Creation: Design and produce graphics, Reels, and multimedia content (Canva proficiency required).

Social Media Strategy: Build and manage a social media calendar aligned with broader marketing goals.

Audience Engagement: Post regularly, engage with followers, and manage community interactions.

Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare insights for decision-making.

Trend Monitoring: Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform best practices.

Training Support: Assist Loan Officers with social media best practices and branding guidance.

Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with the team to design innovative campaigns that elevate brand awareness.

Program Support: Partner with leadership to promote and expand the Brand Lab program.

Course Development: Contribute to a company-wide social media course.

Administrative Support: Provide scheduling and executive assistant support as needed.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of proven experience in social media management.

Strong communication and creative writing skills.

Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools.

Graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Suite is a plus).

Passion for social media and digital marketing.
-
Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
