The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of our Loan Officers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
This role involves:

Crafting and executing social media strategies

Building compelling personal brands for Loan Officers
-
Producing high-quality content (graphics, Reels, video)
-
Driving audience engagement and optimizing performance
-
Supporting training initiatives and a company-wide social media course
You will also collaborate with the Brand Lab team to elevate digital branding across the company.
Key Responsibilities

Profile Management: Manage and optimize multiple Loan Officer social profiles.

Brand Development: Build strong personal brands that increase visibility and engagement.

Content Creation: Design graphics, Reels, and multimedia assets using Canva.

Strategy & Planning: Maintain a social media calendar aligned with company marketing goals.

Audience Engagement: Post, interact with followers, and respond to comments.

Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Training Support: Help deliver training and guidance on social media branding.

Creative Campaigns: Collaborate on innovative content and branding initiatives.
-
Program Support: Assist in promoting Brand Lab services internally.

Course Development: Contribute to creating a company-wide social media course.

Administrative Support: Provide scheduling and executive assistance for the Brand Lab team.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
-
2+ years of experience in social media marketing and management
-
Strong writing and communication skills
-
Proficiency with major social platforms and scheduling tools
-
Graphic design expertise, especially in Canva
-
Portfolio of past work required
Preferred:
-
Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
