Role Overview
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager (Contract) to lead organic social strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is platform-savvy, culturally fluent, and data-driven—comfortable writing witty captions, engaging followers, and analyzing performance.
Responsibilities

Plan, write, schedule, and publish 3–5 weekly posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Adapt and optimize content per platform while maintaining cohesive messaging

Engage with followers through comments and DMs (light moderation, serious inquiries routed to client)

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
-
Present bi-weekly performance insights with actionable recommendations

Collaborate with creative and paid teams to align organic and paid strategies
Qualifications

2+ years managing brand social accounts (agency or multi-brand experience preferred)

Strong skills in writing, tone, and brand voice development
-
Deep knowledge of social trends, meme culture, and creator economy

Proficiency with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools
-
Ability to interpret social performance data and recommend improvements
-
U.S.-based (required) for time zone and cultural alignment
