About the Role
StudyFetch, a fast-growing venture-backed startup, is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our primary social channels – TikTok and Instagram. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice, growing our community, and driving meaningful engagement through high-impact content. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow StudyFetch’s TikTok and Instagram channels end-to-end.

Lead creative execution: ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish original content independently or with collaborators.

Define the long-term creative direction of our platforms, including voice, aesthetics, pacing, and strategy.

Stay ahead of social, cultural, and edtech trends to create viral, student-focused content.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, growth, and analytics teams to amplify campaigns and launches.

Experiment with new formats and creative approaches, from memes and study hacks to AI-powered demos and student challenges.

Track engagement, test hypotheses, and use insights to optimize performance.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years managing high-impact social media accounts (TikTok/Instagram experience required).

Proven success building content that drives measurable growth and engagement.

Strong video production and editing skills (concept to post-production).

Deep awareness of student culture, AI tools, and social trends.

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
