About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager with strong video editing and content production skills to grow Opulo’s online presence and shape the brand voice. You’ll take ownership of our social media strategy, turning raw footage, new ideas, and behind-the-scenes access into engaging content that inspires engineers, makers, and product innovators.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate directly with leadership, experiment with new media formats, and help refine how the world sees modern electronics manufacturing.
Core Responsibilities

Plan, film, edit, and publish regular video and photo content across social platforms

Manage and maintain a social media calendar aligned with company goals

Collaborate with leadership to refine brand messaging and creative direction

Brainstorm, test, and measure new content ideas (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Show the value of desktop PnP machines through storytelling and product-focused media
Basic Qualifications

Strong portfolio of video content (professional or personal projects)

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Skilled in Photoshop or GIMP for visual editing

Demonstrated ability to create engaging, high-quality content

Comfortable working at a fast but sustainable pace
Bonus Qualifications

An existing social media presence or experience building communities

Ability to record voiceovers and audio editing

Skills in color grading and post-production enhancements
