We’re seeking a creative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex B2B concepts into engaging, scroll-stopping content that resonates with senior decision-makers. You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and subject matter experts to craft campaigns that feel bold, human, and impactful.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize & Create: Generate fresh content ideas and campaigns that cut through the noise.

  • Write with Impact: Draft clear, creative, and brand-aligned posts that make technical topics accessible.

  • Bring the Brand to Life: Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual storytelling across platforms.

  • Spot Opportunities: Identify trends, content formats, and thought-leadership hooks to boost social presence.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with another Social Media Manager who handles posting and scheduling.

  • Measure & Refine: Offer insights and recommendations to optimize content performance without heavy reporting.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience creating social media content for B2B brands, preferably in enterprise or tech sectors.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating originality, clarity, and creative flair.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, not just tactically.

  • Passion for social media trends with the ability to adapt them to professional audiences.


Compensation

  • Target rate: $55–$60/hour

  • Compensation is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.
