About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to manage regional and global accounts for leading brands across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role involves strategy, content calendar management, publishing, community engagement, social listening, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure consistent brand voice, audience growth, and engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Provide input to Social Media Director and agencies for platform-specific strategies.

Support regular strategy reviews and suggest improvements.

Execute defined strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
Content & Calendar Management

Plan and propose content calendars, including UGC and collaborative posts.

Draft and adapt captions in English.

Collaborate with agencies for campaign-based content creation.
-
Review proposals from regional markets and coordinate approvals.
Publishing & Scheduling

Publish and schedule posts according to approved calendars.

Repost approved content and coordinate collaborative publications.
Community Management
-
Respond to organic comments and DMs in English.

Engage with popular posts about the brand and proactively manage communities.

Assign or escalate inquiries to relevant teams in Sprinklr.

Review tagged media and manage tags according to guidelines.
Social Listening & Reporting

Provide input to agencies for tracking performance and listening needs.

Review agency reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Other Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform features, and competitor activity to inform brand strategies.
Required Skills & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5 years managing regional/global social accounts for major brands.

Platforms: Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including algorithms, best practices, and audience behaviors.

Analysis: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and pivot strategies.

Project Management: Manage multiple accounts and deadlines while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (high proficiency required).

Cultural Knowledge: Deep understanding of European culture and sub-cultures.

Tools: Experience with Sprinklr and password management tools like Bitwarden preferred.

Bonus: Content creation skills a plus, though most content is agency-produced.
