About the Role
Neura Health is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute its social media strategy across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other secondary platforms. This strategic yet hands-on role is ideal for a creative professional experienced in content creation, community engagement, influencer partnerships, and performance optimization. You will guide a dynamic social media team while ensuring brand consistency, empathy, and clinical accuracy in all communications.
This role offers the chance to shape how neurological health is communicated digitally, influence patient engagement, and elevate Neura’s brand presence in a rapidly evolving healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality posts.

Guide video production, including on-camera filming, editing, and graphic creation.

Maintain medical accuracy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance for all content.

Oversee community management, building authentic relationships with patients, advocates, and healthcare professionals.

Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships in neurology and chronic illness communities.

Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth.

Lead, mentor, and provide strategic guidance to the social media team.
Qualifications

4–6 years of social media management experience, preferably in healthcare or early-stage brands.

Proven success in growing brand presence and engagement across social platforms.

Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Iconosquare, native platform insights).

Advanced skills in design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Descript, Riverside).

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences.

Experience managing influencer partnerships and evaluating campaign performance.

Deep understanding of community management and patient-centered communication.

Comfortable with on-camera filming, short-form video editing, and creative design.

Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for patient experiences.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
