Position Summary

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to lead organic and paid social strategies for multiple clients. This role blends creativity with performance, combining content creation, community management, paid media campaigns, analytics, and strategic insights. You’ll help clients stay relevant, grow their audiences, and achieve measurable results across social platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day social media strategy, managing both organic and paid efforts across multiple client accounts.

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies.

  • Translate platform trends into actionable recommendations and identify opportunities for paid amplification.

  • Collaborate with PR, media, and performance marketing teams to align social efforts with broader campaigns.

  • Analyze performance metrics, providing clear reporting and actionable insights to optimize results.

  • Stay current on platform updates, cultural trends, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in social media marketing; agency experience preferred.

  • Strong expertise in both organic and paid social campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Sprout Social and Meta Business Manager.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and recommend optimizations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience across B2B and B2C audiences with the ability to shift tone, tactics, and targeting.

  • Client-facing experience with confidence in presenting strategy and performance results.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance creative thinking with performance-driven execution.
