Position Summary
We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who lives and breathes fashion, culture, and storytelling. You will lead Plush’s social presence on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, creating content that is not just scroll-stopping but community-building. This role is ideal for a self-starter with on-camera confidence, a passion for fashion, and a strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and execute social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

On-Camera Presence: Participate in videos, voice-overs, and live streams to directly engage with Plush’s audience.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and trends in real time to build a loyal community.

Campaigns & Growth: Launch organic campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive user growth.

Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and micro-partners to expand reach.

Analytics & Insights: Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on audience engagement.

Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social and fashion trends to ensure Plush remains relevant, engaging, and talked-about.
Candidate Requirements

2–3+ years of social media management experience for a consumer brand (fashion, beauty, lifestyle preferred).

Proven track record of growing and engaging social audiences.

Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including algorithm mechanics and storytelling formats.

On-camera confidence and ability to connect naturally with audiences.

Skilled in short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot) and basic graphic design.

Strong communication and copywriting skills—writing that feels human, not corporate.
