Key Responsibilities & Requirements

5+ years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and implementation

Manage high-volume social channels for a well-known brand or product

Demonstrate ability to influence without authority

Proficiency in Office 365, analytics tools (Sprinklr and native analytics preferred)
