About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to elevate the visibility and identity of our hotel restaurants, bars, and casino. This role focuses on creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns and compelling brand storytelling across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and WhatsApp.
As a key member of the Sales & Marketing team, you will lead integrated social marketing initiatives that engage guests, spotlight our F&B outlets, and drive measurable commercial results. Creativity, community engagement, and analytics-driven decision-making are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to develop and execute annual social media marketing plans focused on F&B promotion, aligned with commercial targets and brand positioning.

Manage content creation (paid & organic) for all outlet social channels, ensuring timely, engaging, and on-brand delivery.

Design and execute targeted campaigns that build brand awareness and deliver commercial outcomes.

Conduct market research on culinary trends, guest behaviors, and competitor activity in the local hospitality scene.

Build local connections through influencer engagement and strategic partnerships.

Work cross-functionally with departments to enhance campaigns that support outlet goals and guest experience.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; manage budgets to optimize ROI.
Qualifications

Strong background in marketing, communications, or brand management within hospitality or F&B.

Skilled in multi-channel campaigns with proven ability to deliver measurable impact.

Proficient in digital tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.

Strong creative and artistic skills with a talent for brand storytelling and visual identity.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Organized, proactive, analytical, and results-driven.

Experience managing agencies, media partners, and influencer collaborations.

Ability to manage and grow online communities by engaging with followers and fostering positive interactions.

Knowledge of paid advertising across Meta platforms is highly desirable.
