Lead Global Growth as a Brand Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Manager to drive brand strategy and execution for our mobile application in international markets. As Global Brand Manager, you will define brand positioning, launch integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborate with influencers, media, and partners to strengthen brand visibility worldwide. This role requires hands-on experience in overseas brand management, strong social media expertise, and the ability to adapt strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
Key Responsibilities
As Global Brand Manager, your role will include:
- Defining brand positioning, value proposition, and differentiation strategy for overseas markets.
- Planning and executing integrated global/regional campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, PR events, and offline activations.
- Managing overseas social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook) to increase visibility and engagement.
- Building relationships with KOLs/KOCs, media, and cross-border partners to deliver co-branding, IP collaborations, and innovative marketing projects.
- Monitoring brand health KPIs (NPS, awareness, mentions) and optimizing strategies based on analytics and competitor insights.
- Keeping track of market trends to ensure the brand remains competitive globally.
What You’ll Bring
To excel as Global Brand Manager, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related fields.
- 5+ years of brand management experience, with at least 3 years in mobile apps or internet products targeting overseas markets (Europe, U.S., or Southeast Asia preferred).
- Fluency in English with strong business communication and planning skills.
- Proven expertise in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Experience building a brand from scratch or leading global campaigns successfully.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and deep understanding of user behavior in international markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in overseas expansion of video, tools, or social apps.
- Background in international 4A agencies or global mobile internet enterprises.
