Primary Objective
Matt Brunner Homes is seeking a creative and reliable Video Content Creator to lead the production of high-quality listing and brand-focused video content. Your mission: showcase our listings, elevate Matt’s personal brand, and produce video content that turns interest into action.
This role is ideal for a flexible, self-motivated video creator who thrives on deadlines, storytelling, and producing high-impact content in a fast-moving real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listing Video Production

Film and edit professional videos for all active listings (approx. 6–15 at a time) — smartphone recordings are acceptable with clean visuals and audio

Coordinate with homeowners, stagers, and transaction team for smooth, timely shoots

Create ongoing content while properties are active on the market
2. Personal Brand Content

Work with Matt weekly to film and edit content for social media, email, and YouTube

Behind-the-scenes updates

Educational pieces

Deal breakdowns

Client success stories

Edit into short-form reels (15–90 seconds) and long-form YouTube clips

Repurpose event footage into multiple content assets
3. Content Management & Execution

Track listings in CRM and ensure each goes live with video

Upload final cuts to YouTube and MLS; coordinate with email and social media teams

Align shoot schedules with listing timelines in collaboration with the transaction coordinator
Who You Are
-
Proven experience in video shooting and editing (real estate experience a plus)

Confident directing shoots, from intros to client features
-
Own or have access to quality gear (iPhone, Gimbal, DJI mic provided; drone preferred)

Understand vertical vs. horizontal formats for social, YouTube, and MLS

Organized, responsive, and driven by deadlines

Bonus: You love storytelling, creating viral hooks, and branded content
Success Metrics

100% of active listings have professional video within 5 days of photography

At least 2 “Matt Brunner” brand videos published weekly
