Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About Us

We’re a small, nimble digital agency that specializes in Google Ads, but we also manage social media content for a select group of loyal clients—primarily in the home services industry. We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to take ownership of social content creation and scheduling across four client accounts. This is a long-term, remote opportunity for Social Media Manager & Content Creator with consistent weekly hours—ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has an eye for design, and knows how to balance creativity with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

As Social Media Manager & Content Creator you Have to:

• Create and schedule 4–5 posts per account per week (approx. 20 posts total weekly)

• Design clean, branded visuals using Canva templates (no custom graphic design needed)

• Write captions using ChatGPT or original copy, aligned with each brand’s voice

• Manage a mix of content types: photos, short videos, blog shares, and graphics

• Coordinate with our in-house video editor for video content needs

• Use Google Sheets to manage editorial calendars and client-specific scheduling (e.g., birthdays, bios)

• Schedule content via Publer across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile

Qualifications for Social Media Manager & Content Creator Role

• Strong written communication skills in American English

• Friendly, easygoing personality with a professional and reliable work ethic

• Experience using Canva with a good eye for layout and design

• Familiarity with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile

• Comfortable using Google Sheets to stay organized

• Willingness to learn and use Publer (training provided)

• Bonus: Basic video editing skills (not required but appreciated)

Role Details

• Hours: 8–10 per week

• Pay: $15–$18/hour (depending on experience)
