About the Role
We’re searching for a creative powerhouse to lead and grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok for our dynamic fashion and lifestyle brand. This is the perfect role for someone who’s passionate about short-form content, understands visual storytelling, and can confidently bring a brand to life through authentic, on-trend, scroll-stopping content.
You’ll manage content strategy, production, and engagement—all while building a loyal community and shaping our digital voice.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars

Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram and TikTok

Film, direct, and edit UGC-style short-form video content (must be confident on-camera)

Create compelling visual stories that align with the brand tone

Monitor trends and adapt content to stay culturally relevant

Engage with followers and build a strong online community

Brainstorm new ideas for launches, campaigns, and storytelling

Have a strong creative/editorial eye and love visual storytelling

Know what makes people stop scrolling and engage

Stay current with TikTok/Instagram trends and fashion content

Are self-motivated, organised, and full of fresh content ideas

Have previous experience with fashion/lifestyle content creation (fashion experience is a plus)
Requirements

Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok for brands

Strong content creation and video editing skills

Portfolio showcasing your work (must include Reels/TikToks)

Deep understanding of social media culture and brand voice

Available to commit to consistent posting and content delivery
