About Us:
OnPlace is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead strategy, content creation, and engagement for multiple community and corporate accounts. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within real estate, master-planned communities, or homebuilding industries. This remote role requires occasional travel across Texas and Florida.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute social media content calendars

Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Monitor and engage with social communities

Analyze performance metrics and deliver insights

Collaborate with partners on paid and organic campaigns

Support brand storytelling with engaging copy and visuals
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Proven experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, HeyOrca, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills

Experience in real estate marketing highly preferred
