Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for elevating the visibility and identity of hotel restaurants, bars, and the casino through strategic digital marketing and creative brand storytelling across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and WhatsApp. This role combines content creation, campaign management, and influencer engagement to captivate guests, boost awareness, and drive measurable commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual social media marketing plans for F&B outlets in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communications, aligning with commercial targets and brand positioning.

Lead all brand, digital, and marketing activities across designated channels.

Create, curate, and manage content for organic and paid social media posts that are timely, engaging, and on-brand.

Launch targeted campaigns that grow brand awareness and deliver commercial results.

Conduct research on culinary trends, guest dining behavior, and competitor activity in hospitality and F&B.

Build connections through influencer partnerships and strategic collaborations.

Work with departments across the business to create integrated campaigns that enhance guest experience and outlet goals.

Qualifications
