Artrepreneurship Initiative Alliance Inc. (AIA) is a nonprofit dedicated to fostering creativity and entrepreneurship in students while supporting local businesses and organizations. We provide free, student-led design services such as logos, flyers, posters, websites, and social media posts. In addition to creative work, we emphasize financial literacy, marketing, and business skills to empower our community.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Manager/Director to lead AIA’s online presence. This role is ideal for students or emerging professionals who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and community engagement.
The Social Media Manager will develop and implement social strategies, create engaging content, and track performance metrics to enhance AIA’s visibility and impact.
Responsibilities

Design and execute social media strategies that align with AIA’s mission.

Create and optimize content across platforms (posts, stories, reels, graphics).

Maintain consistent communication and engagement with the online community.

Track analytics, report performance, and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with the student-led design team to ensure cohesive branding.
Qualifications

Skills in social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO).

Strong writing and communication skills.

Experience in content strategy development.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Creative problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with analytics tools (preferred).

Design tool experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) is a plus.
Volunteer Opportunity

High school and middle school students can receive external volunteer hours eligible for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA).
