Social Media Manager Role Overview
As part of Medallia’s Content Strategy team, you’ll be responsible for building and executing our corporate social media strategy. You’ll help expand brand awareness, foster meaningful engagement, and ensure that Medallia consistently presents an authentic, innovative, and inspiring presence across platforms. This high-impact role lets you lead campaigns, guide creative storytelling, and collaborate across teams to elevate our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities for the Social Media Manager

Develop and lead a corporate social media strategy that aligns with marketing and business objectives.

Manage multi-channel campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other platforms to grow audiences and brand visibility.

Use social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) to schedule, track, analyze, and optimize content performance.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.

Build and oversee employee advocacy programs to boost organic reach and amplify company messaging.

Create tailored, visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

Support executive thought leadership programs to enhance Medallia’s influence in the industry.

Engage communities through two-way conversations and apply social listening insights to refine strategy.
Qualifications — Social Media Manager
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years in social media management, ideally for large brands.

Proven success creating social strategies that drive measurable growth and engagement.

Strong experience using analytics to monitor and improve campaign performance.

Expertise in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and similar platforms at scale.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $102,400 – $176,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
