Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute corporate social strategy for an enterprise B2B brand, aligning initiatives with marketing and business goals.

Lead multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other platforms to grow audiences and strengthen brand presence.

Use social management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) to schedule, monitor, and analyze content, optimizing for engagement and reach.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.

Build and manage employee advocacy programs to amplify messaging and increase organic reach.

Create compelling, audience-tailored content leveraging strong storytelling instincts.

Manage executive social presence and thought leadership programs to elevate brand influence.

Foster community engagement and leverage social listening insights to inform strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years in social media management.

Proven experience leading social strategy that drives measurable business outcomes.

Skilled in social analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate impact.

Experience managing multi-channel platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) at scale.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary: $102,400 – $176,000 (depending on experience, role, and location).
