Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new business growth in the industrial staffing sector.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within industrial firms.
- Expand the company’s national presence through targeted marketing efforts, networking at trade associations, and attending industry events.
Team Leadership & Internal Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the internal marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to enhance performance and team development.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure business goals are met.
National Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement marketing initiatives to support national expansion efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns tailored to the industrial staffing market.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 12-25 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in staffing for heavy industries or a related field.
- A proven track record in team leadership and internal staff management.
- Experience in developing and leading national marketing campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing internal teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to network and represent the company at trade associations and industry events.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, develop strategies, and drive business growth.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $75,000+
- Commission Plan: Lucrative commission structure based on sales performance.
- Profit Sharing: Participation in the company’s profit-sharing plan.
