Job Functions

The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in shaping, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across multiple B2C and B2B brands. This role ensures that all content and interactions align with each brand’s unique voice, driving engagement and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will manage content planning, oversee daily social media operations, and implement strategies to enhance performance and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain brand communication across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, incorporating paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.

  • Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, optimize copy and visuals, and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Coordinate content calendars, craft compelling copy, and schedule posts tailored to each brand’s audience.

  • Support the launch of TikTok platforms for Legacy brands, driving engagement and visibility.

  • Partner with external agencies to monitor and respond to comments, customer inquiries, and crisis situations while maintaining brand professionalism.

  • Work closely with influencer agencies to set campaign expectations, source content, and track performance metrics to measure success.
