About the Role

As our new Social Media & Paid Media Executive, you’ll take ownership of paid and organic social campaigns—from planning through execution to performance analysis. You’ll work directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams to deliver high-impact content and campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone confident in managing multiple accounts and excited by the opportunity to make a measurable impact on client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

  • Manage and grow organic social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Craft compelling ad copy and engaging social content tailored to each platform

  • Collaborate with the design team to guide and shape creative assets

  • Analyse and report on campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools

  • Offer data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI

  • Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members

  • Coordinate with account managers and strategists to align campaign goals with broader business objectives

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid and organic social campaigns, ideally in an agency or multi-client setting

  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads

  • Strong copywriting skills and a creative, problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio) to derive actionable insights

  • Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities

  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Skills (Desirable):

  • B2B marketing experience

  • Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social

  • Familiarity with design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Experience training or mentoring junior marketers
