Job Details:
Ulta Beauty is seeking a Social Media Representative to deliver exceptional guest service across social platforms, online reviews, and the Ulta Beauty Community. This remote role involves monitoring and responding to inquiries on platforms such as X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will use Ulta’s brand voice to drive loyalty, optimize guest experiences, and support community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve guest inquiries on social media platforms.

Collaborate with peers and leaders to resolve guest escalations.

Monitor trends and suggest aligned response methods to management.

Follow Ulta Beauty standards and messaging resources for social interactions.

Manage multiple systems to research, resolve, and document guest interactions.

Support moderation for the Ulta Beauty Community platform.

Meet or exceed service level and department productivity standards.

Maintain confidentiality regarding response strategies and social media activities.

Adjust schedules as needed to provide coverage for social media activity.
Qualifications:

High school diploma required; some college preferred.

2+ years of customer service or related experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence at multiple levels.

Knowledge of major social media platforms and experience managing online engagement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn multiple software programs.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $15.39–$19.50/hour, with eligibility for bonus programs.
