Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Response Associate

Respond to customer comments, reviews, and DMs across all major platforms.

Partner with the Digital Reputation Manager to execute multi-channel response strategies.

Use social listening tools to track sentiment, trends, and engagement opportunities.

Create actionable reports summarizing customer feedback and online sentiment.

Support proactive initiatives to strengthen community engagement and brand loyalty.

Handle escalations quickly and professionally, including medical, operational, and customer lifecycle concerns.

Ensure responses reflect Nutrafol’s brand voice, tone, and values.
Qualifications for a Social Media Response Associate

2–3 years of experience in customer service and/or social media (brand experience preferred).

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across channels.

Strong knowledge of community dynamics and online engagement.

Familiarity with CX and response tools (e.g., Hootsuite, ShipMonk, Magento, Extensiv, ZenDesk).

Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable.
