Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager with strong social media fluency to join our remote Growth Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with proven experience in digital and social media sales who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and building long-term client relationships. You will partner closely with marketing, client success, and finance teams to ensure a smooth buyer journey while driving measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed weekly sales and appointment-setting goals.

Drive your own pipeline management from initial prospecting to contract close.

Collaborate with the Growth Team for seamless client onboarding and handoff.

Use tools such as Salesforce and D&B to research and prospect new opportunities.

Stay current with industry trends, brand activity, competitor agencies, and social media developments to identify new opportunities.

Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

6+ years of social media marketing and sales experience.

Proven experience developing and executing social and content strategies that drive engagement.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong collaboration skills.
Preferred:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and networks.

Experience in program/project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Success Measurement

Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.

Building long-term client relationships and contributing to the growth of ICUC’s portfolio.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000 (based on skills and experience).
