About the Role
Hankin Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across our diverse real estate portfolio. This role is perfect for a proactive marketer with 3–5 years of experience, strong design skills, and a passion for executing campaigns that drive community engagement and brand growth.
As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll execute digital and print marketing strategies, support leasing efforts, plan and promote 30+ community events annually, and create compelling visuals that elevate Hankin Group and Eagleview Town Center.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Update and maintain websites with fresh content and property availability.

Assist in managing PPC and social media ad campaigns.

Plan, promote, and support Eagleview Town Center events (30+ annually).

Create and manage engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Design a variety of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, signage, ads) using Adobe Creative Suite.

Coordinate property photoshoots and video shoots with vendors.

Manage property listings on third-party platforms (Apartments.com, LoopNet, etc.).

Support integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

3–5 years of professional marketing experience (real estate industry a plus).

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Portfolio showcasing strong design work.

Experience in email marketing campaigns.

Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:

Experience with CMS (WordPress, Squarespace).

SEO/SEM knowledge and Google Analytics.

Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro).

Yardi platform familiarity.

Understanding of commercial, residential, and mixed-use property marketing.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000 – $58,000 per year
