About the Job
The Software Developer will play a key role in designing and delivering major technology initiatives across the company. This position demands a broad perspective, participating from project inception and initial architecture through final implementation. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with both C-level leadership and Software Solutions Architects. Experience in designing distributed, cloud-capable systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and modular software solutions

Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations

Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize detailed data into high-level insights

Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Required: Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

4+ years of relevant experience
Technical Skills:

Proficiency with .NET and C#

Strong experience working with SQL

Solid foundation in object-oriented programming

Familiarity with distributed systems and full-stack development

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, speak, and listen.
