About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with AI expertise to join a fast-paced, innovative team. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy building scalable, intelligent applications that transform business operations. You’ll work on modern web applications, integrate AI solutions, and contribute to enterprise-level projects that solve complex problems.


Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET.

  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

  • Optimize application performance and ensure a responsive UI/UX across devices.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

AI Integration

  • Collaborate with data science teams to deploy machine learning models into production.

  • Develop intelligent features like document ingestion, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making workflows.

  • Work with AI/ML tools including Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI/ML stack, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

  • Contribute to internal AI tools such as Sky Chat for document summarization and persona-based analysis.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and UX designers.

  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in full stack development.

  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and practical implementation in enterprise applications.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, and cloud services.

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps practices.

  • Familiarity with insurance workflows and data ingestion processes is a plus.


Preferred Attributes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of the insurance domain.

  • Experience with document automation, NLP, or AI-driven data extraction.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $80,000 – $110,000
