About the Role – Full Stack Software Developer
In this role, you’ll contribute to developing, improving, and maintaining Mission’s insurance systems. The ideal Full Stack Software Developer will be proficient in React, SQL, and Azure integrations, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and REST API development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-performance applications and build policy administration system functionality that supports rating, underwriting, forms, and billing operations.
What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications and SaaS systems.

Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks like React.

Manage APIs and data exchange formats with REST and JSON.

Write efficient SQL queries and design relational databases.

Integrate and deploy solutions in Microsoft Azure.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Implement and test core features for policy administration systems.

Participate in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe development processes.

Collaborate on architectural decisions and maintain detailed documentation.

Support low-code/no-code platforms to speed up delivery.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3+ years of experience in software development or technology analysis.
