Key Responsibilities and Impact

  • Collaborate with teammates during technical design discussions

  • Assist in sizing and grooming Agile user stories

  • Embrace and practice SAFe software development methodologies

  • Partner with colleagues across design, product management, and architecture to bring innovative ideas to life

  • Participate in code reviews and team training sessions

  • Showcase completed work during stakeholder demos

Compensation and Benefits
For U.S. candidates, the expected hourly pay for this role ranges from $20 to $30, depending on location, experience, skills, and certifications.
This role is not eligible for additional bonuses or commissions.

What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field, expected graduation by May 2026

  • Strong passion or interest in our core industries

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive to acquire new knowledge and skills

  • Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, React

  • Familiarity with RESTful API concepts

  • Knowledge of Git version control

  • Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
