What You Bring to the Table

10+ years of hands-on application development—this isn’t your first rodeo.

5+ years in leadership roles—when you speak, people listen.

Bonus points for experience in post-trade processing of global financial transactions (or at least knowing what it means).

Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and modern software methodologies—you know when to adapt and when to stick to the plan.

Strong understanding of Web and Cloud technologies—because floppy disks are long gone.

Clear and effective communication skills—even for non-technical stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is great, but if you can out-architect the degree-holders, that works too!
