What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building future-ready applications that are scalable, reliable, and go beyond “just good enough.”

  • Translating business needs into elegant, practical tech solutions—without getting lost in endless meetings.

  • Reviewing code and designs with a sharp eye for quality, security, and best practices.

  • Mentoring developers, sharing knowledge, and maybe even cracking a few jokes along the way.

  • Defining architecture with performance, security, and long-term success in mind.

  • Staying ahead of tech trends, ensuring we always use the best tools—not outdated ones.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of hands-on application development—this isn’t your first rodeo.

  • 5+ years in leadership roles—when you speak, people listen.

  • Bonus points for experience in post-trade processing of global financial transactions (or at least knowing what it means).

  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and modern software methodologies—you know when to adapt and when to stick to the plan.

  • Strong understanding of Web and Cloud technologies—because floppy disks are long gone.

  • Clear and effective communication skills—even for non-technical stakeholders.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is great, but if you can out-architect the degree-holders, that works too!
