Responsibilities
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), your focus will be on enhancing the performance and reliability of our services, tackling root causes of incidents, and reducing incident rates. You will take ownership of both identifying and solving problems while automating repetitive tasks to streamline processes.
You’ll dive deep into the services we support, owning both the problems and the corresponding solutions, and handle system alerts, pages, and issues that require your expertise. Collaboration is key in this role – it’s not about being the hero or having all the answers, but about working together to find solutions, asking questions, and learning from others. You’ll play a critical part in turning chaos into order and ensuring that our services meet the established SLAs as part of a weekly on-call rotation.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to solve problems creatively, a desire to take responsibility for the code you write all the way to production, and a passion for collaboration and continuous learning.

-
Experience managing and configuring enterprise monitoring solutions
-
In-depth knowledge of Linux systems
-
Familiarity with building, automating, and maintaining infrastructure in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-
A commitment to maintaining high-quality code standards
Bonus Points If You Have:
-

-
Experience with container management and microservices architectures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
