At Lattice, our Engineering team is dedicated to improving both our product and our craft. Using a cutting-edge tech stack, we deliver robust, maintainable, and high-performance solutions while collaborating closely with designers and product managers to create exceptional user experiences.
As part of our Habits team, you’ll help individuals and organizations quickly experience the value of Lattice and keep them engaged over time. You’ll run experiments, learn fast, and focus on delivering real user impact over process.
Key Responsibilities

Develop software that empowers companies to build thriving workplace cultures.

Collaborate with engineers to build products using our stack: TypeScript, React, Relay Modern, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to launch and test product experiments.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team output.

Maintain accurate, high-quality technical documentation.

Enhance user experiences and proactively reduce pain points.
What You’ll Bring

2+ years of professional software development experience building production applications.

Proficiency in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Node.js, with an eagerness to learn new technologies.

SQL expertise, including data modeling and performance optimization in PostgreSQL.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Ability to translate nuanced product requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $112,000 – $140,000, plus stock options. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, 401(k), sabbatical program, home office stipend, and more.
