About the Job

Threekit, a Visual Commerce Platform, is seeking a Software Engineer with AI expertise to join their product and engineering teams in Chicago. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office.

About Threekit:

Threekit provides 3D, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Photography solutions for e-commerce, serving a range of clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies. They value GRIT (Getting Things Done, Revenue, Innovation, Team).

About the Role:

You will integrate AI/ML technologies into the Threekit Platform, participate in design reviews, build AI models, contribute to documentation, and automate internal workflows using AI.

What You’ll Do:

Incorporate AI/ML technologies into the product roadmap.
Participate in design reviews.
Build AI models.
Contribute to documentation and educational content.
Leverage AI to automate internal workflows.

What Catches Our Eye:

At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
At least 2 years of experience working in AI.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills:

Experience delivering and supporting a product in the market.
Background with startups.
Proficient in TypeScript.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.

Preferred Education:

Compensation:

Salary range: $130,000 – $170,000 USD per year (based on experience and skill level).

Location:

Hybrid role in Chicago, IL (two days per week in office).
