About the Role

We are seeking talented and motivated Software Engineers to design, develop, and integrate advanced software applications. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of experts, generate creative solutions, and bring innovative software features to life for Honeywell products.

This position is available in multiple locations across the U.S., with exact placement determined by business needs and candidate qualifications.

Salary Range: $68,000 – $126,500/year (based on experience, education, and skills).

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated (Aug 2025 – May 2026) with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Must begin full-time work between Sept 2025 – July 2026.

  • Degree must be obtained within 12 months of hire date.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Ability to develop efficient, high-quality software.

  • Familiarity with configuration and change management practices.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in diverse, global teams.

  • Quick learner with ability to apply new information effectively.

  • Decision-making skills in complex problem-solving environments.
