Role Overview – Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, test, and maintain code for both new and existing programs.

  • Apply software engineering best practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.

  • Create, maintain, and update documentation detailing functionality and processes.

  • Utilize source control management to track and document code changes.

  • Participate in peer reviews for designs, code, and documentation.

  • Assess the technical feasibility of design ideas and communicate effectively.

  • Contribute to milestones related to specific projects.

  • Present both ongoing and completed functionality to teams in formal and informal settings.

  • Collaborate with Technical Support engineers to resolve software defects.

  • Independently identify, prioritize, and solve standard issues.

  • Work autonomously on assignments with minimal supervision.

  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI.

  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze data from multiple sources to train and evaluate generative AI language models.

  • Integrate language model features into business systems via LLM APIs.

Qualifications – What You Bring:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with fellow engineers.

  • Effective collaboration with test engineers, UX designers, technical writers, product managers, and technical support teams.

  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming (e.g., Python, C#, C++, Java).

  • Experience with machine learning techniques and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet objectives.

Salary Range:

  • $98,000 – $135,000 per year, based on factors such as education, certifications, experience, and geographic location.
