About the Role
As a Software Engineering Lead, you’ll play a key role in building scalable, high-quality solutions for healthcare scheduling and order systems. You will guide development teams, lead technical design, and ensure product excellence while exploring emerging technologies to drive innovation.
What You’ll Do

Act as technical lead, contributing to front-end development with Angular and RESTful APIs.

Guide Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting best practices.

Collaborate across teams to align engineering with business strategy.

Recommend architecture solutions, resolve production issues, and ensure scalability.

Explore and apply emerging technologies (including AI) to improve processes and innovation.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of leadership experience in software development.

Strong expertise in Angular, REST APIs, and OOP languages (C#, Python, or C++).

Proven ability to lead Agile teams and deliver results under pressure.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and DevOps.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $97,211.43 – $161,880.71/year, plus eligibility for 10% annual bonus.
