Position Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, executives, and software developers to define project objectives and requirements

Develop comprehensive software project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, communication strategies, testing procedures, and maintenance schedules

Lead and oversee all phases of software projects from initiation through completion

Maintain up-to-date schedules, including detailed Gantt charts

Monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines

Track progress against key milestones, deliverables, and manage change requests

Serve as the primary liaison for project communications, including updates on progress, milestones, and changes
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience in software development and project management

Proficiency in MS Project and Waterfall methodologies

Strong experience with Jira and its planning tools

Solid understanding of project estimation methods

Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Compensation & Benefits
This full-time role offers a base hourly wage ranging from $50 to $86, depending on factors such as education, experience, location, skills, and job-specific knowledge.
