The Role
We are seeking a fully qualified Electrician to join our expert installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical side of solar PV and battery storage systems. You will work alongside roofers to complete installations within a 2-day window, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Install, connect, and commission solar PV and battery systems to regulatory standards

Serve as the lead electrician on-site, ensuring safe and efficient operations

Collaborate with roofing teams to coordinate system integration

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and final sign-offs

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health & safety protocols

Complete all necessary documentation, such as electrical installation certificates (EICs)

Provide excellent customer service, representing the company professionally at all times
Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certified

Full UK driving licence

Previous experience in solar PV installations preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Strong knowledge of domestic and commercial electrical systems
