Your Role as a Leader

Support daily kitchen operations including recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising the culinary team

Implement strategies to control costs and boost revenue while maintaining high service standards

Manage ordering and inventory systems to ensure consistent stock levels for all menus

Oversee timely execution of all food preparation and plating

Help maintain food and labor cost targets through recipe costing and optimized scheduling

Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu creation, culinary innovation, and food presentation, ensuring menus remain creative, trend-forward, and aligned with guest expectations

Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation protocols

Exceed guest expectations with a passion for delivering memorable, “wow” moments

Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business demands

What You Bring

At least 1 year of experience in a culinary supervisory or management role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

Knowledge in launching new menu concepts and food programs

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Experience in a luxury hotel setting is a plus
