Your Role as a Leader

  • Support daily kitchen operations including recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising the culinary team

  • Implement strategies to control costs and boost revenue while maintaining high service standards

  • Manage ordering and inventory systems to ensure consistent stock levels for all menus

  • Oversee timely execution of all food preparation and plating

  • Help maintain food and labor cost targets through recipe costing and optimized scheduling

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu creation, culinary innovation, and food presentation, ensuring menus remain creative, trend-forward, and aligned with guest expectations

  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation protocols

  • Exceed guest expectations with a passion for delivering memorable, “wow” moments

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business demands

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a culinary supervisory or management role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

  • Knowledge in launching new menu concepts and food programs

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Experience in a luxury hotel setting is a plus
