What We’re Looking for in a Sous Chef
We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Senior CDP ready to step up. You should be a confident kitchen leader with a flair for fresh, quality food and team development.
Proven experience producing excellent food and championing great service
Strong leadership and team development skills
Hands-on approach with clear and confident communication
Organisational skills to manage rotas, training, health & safety
Creative input in menu planning and delivery
Focused on quality, consistency, and meeting GP & labour targets
A proactive mindset to drive sales and kitchen success
