Key Responsibilities
Lead with a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction. Support the Executive Chef in managing back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Train, develop, and supervise culinary staff to maintain excellence. Manage food and labor costs, conduct weekly/monthly inventories, and oversee ordering. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and food safety standards.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Culinary Management in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment. Strong knowledge of staff supervision, food and labor cost management, and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proven record of stable and progressive work history. Culinary degree or certification from an accredited culinary program (preferred).
